Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) is a world-class venue with excellent facilities for major exhibition and conference events. The PWTC is within close proximity to a number of international class hotels and shopping centres. The complex itself provides services such as banking, postal, travel bureau and restaurants.

Parking
Visitors planning to drive there will find ample parking lots available within the PWTC complex. Parking is also available in the Perhentian Putra Multi-level car park which is located opposite the PWTC complex.

Taxi services
Taxi services are available at the entrance of Level 2 of the PWTC Complex and at the entrance of the adjacent Pan Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Exhibitors are conducting their own classes/seminars during the exhibition. At these sessions, visitors will learn about new treatments, procedures and products. The entertainment stage will be one of the highlights of the exhibition and will be full of colour, sound and excitement, featuring beauty contests, hair shows, fashion parades and many interactive live demonstrations. Please visit the site again for its full programme after 30th September 2002.



The Organiser will host a face make-up competition for Malaysian apprentice make-up artists on Friday, 18th October 2002. The competition offers an exciting display of technical skills in the face art. Showcase your evening corrective makeup skills at Beauty 2002 1st Annual Face Makeup Competition.

First place winner will be awarded RM2,000, second place winner will be awarded RM1,500 and third place winner RM1,000. Other prizes include hampers comprising facial care, hair care and body care products.

All visitors to the exhibition and conference must be properly attired. No shorts or slippers are allowed. Visitors however, may come dressed in smart casuals. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person(s) that in the Organisers' opinion are not appropriate.

The Exhibitors Services Centre is at the Registration Counter on Level 2 of the PWTC Complex.

The Conference Secretariat is located behind the Registration Counter on Level 2 of the PWTC Complex.

The press centre is behind the Registration Counter on Level 2 of the PWTC Complex, at Bilik Melati.



For safety and liability reason, children under 16 years of age will not be permitted entry to the exhibition.

The organisers have arranged for special rates with Pan Pacific Hotel and the Lagend Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the Official Hotels for Beauty 2002. For reservations, please quote "Beauty 2002" in order to enjoy the official rates. Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendees. Early booking with the hotel is advisable. Please make your bookings directly with the hotel. Print and fax the Hotel Accommodation Form before 13th September 2002.
