The Women of
Today are so much more educated and aware of the need to look and
feel at their best in order to face the constant challenges of a
working and active lifestyle. Or it could just be the need to improve
their self-confidence, or even to de-stress and pamper themselves.
They understand that their internal well being is just as important
as their external well being. Women not only take care of themselves,
but also mainly seen as the caretakers of their families and their
loved ones. It would seem rather true that if Women were able to
care better for themselves, they too will be able to take better
care of others who depend on them.
The
Beauty is Beauty 2001
The Beauty industry
seems to have an inexhaustible range of products and services just
for Women (and Men, of course). In Malaysia, however, there is yet
to be an event that puts together all the components that encompasses
the totality of Women's beauty needs. And so, the Cosmetic, Toiletry
& Fragrance Association together with Interexpo (M) Sdn Bhd are
proud to bring you the Complete Beauty, Health & Personal Care Event
- Beauty 2001.
The team used
in this "beauty" event
context will encompass the total
beauty for men and women; i.e. products and services inclusive of
hair, face, hands, body, feet and its internal parts.
Research has revealed the impressive consumption of beauty products
in Malaysia. Statistics for just the months of January through February
2000 showed the huge demand in Malaysia for beauty products. The
following table displays this healthy consumption level.
